Competition Format<\/h3>\n    <p>The tournament will follow a Swiss System format with 7 rounds (tentative).<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Rules:<\/strong> Governed by the World Xiangqi Rules published by the World Xiangqi Federation.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Time Control:<\/strong> Each player has 15 minutes with a 5-second increment per move. A player who exceeds the time limit will be declared the loser.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Late Arrival:<\/strong> Players arriving more than 10 minutes late for a round will be considered to have forfeited.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Forfeiture:<\/strong> Players who forfeit two rounds will be deemed to have withdrawn from the tournament.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>10. Player Conduct<\/h3>\n    <p>Players are expected to uphold sportsmanship and complete all rounds as scheduled.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Attire:<\/strong> Players must dress neatly and appropriately. Singlets, shorts, or slippers are not permitted in the competition area, except for children under 12 or those wearing school uniforms, who may wear shorts.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>No smoking<\/strong> is allowed in the competition venue.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Electronic devices<\/strong> are strictly prohibited. Players must switch off mobile phones upon entering the venue. Using or answering a phone during a match will result in an immediate loss. A phone ringing will result in a warning for the first offense and a loss for the second offense.<\/p>\n    <p>Players may not bring mobile phones to the restroom during the competition. Violations will result in a technical foul.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>Cheating<\/strong> will result in severe penalties and public notification upon verification.<\/p>\n    <p>Players must remain seated at their designated boards and may not wander (e.g., to observe other matches).<\/p>\n    <p>Upon completion of a match, players must report the result immediately and leave the competition area. Post-game analysis or photography in the venue is prohibited.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>No food or drink<\/strong> is allowed in the competition area.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>12.
