class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6797\u5173\u6d69\u5148\u751f\u957f\u671f\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0e\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u8c61\u68cb\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u63a8\u52a8\u672c\u5730\u8c61\u68cb\u6587\u5316\u3001\u4fc3\u8fdb\u68cb\u754c\u4ea4\u6d41\u65b9\u9762\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u8d21\u732e\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u672c\u6b21\u8bb2\u5ea7\uff0c\u4ed6\u5c06\u5e26\u9886\u5927\u5bb6\u4ece\u5386\u53f2\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u8ba4\u8bc6\u8c61\u68cb\u7684\u8d77\u6e90\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u8c61\u68cb\u5982\u4f55\u4ece\u4e2d\u56fd\u9010\u6e10\u4f20\u64ad\u81f3\u4e9a\u6d32\u5404\u5730\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e9a\u6d32\u8c61\u68cb\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u6982\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Development in Asia<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Xiangqi, or Chinese Chess, is more than a game of strategy and intellect. With a long history rooted in Chinese culture, it has evolved and spread across Asia, becoming an important part of the region&#8217;s traditional board-game culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Singapore Xiangqi General Association (SIXGA)<\/strong> is pleased to present a special talk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cA Brief Overview of the Origins of Xiangqi and Its Development in Asia\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The talk will be delivered by <strong>Mr Lim Kwan How<\/strong>, Permanent Honorary President of the Singapore Xiangqi General Association, on <strong>29 August 2026 (Saturday), from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Lin has been actively involved in the development and promotion of Xiangqi in Singapore.
