用于对认可赛事的规则、裁判判决、赛场行为或行政事项提出正式申诉。 For formal appeals in sanctioned competitions — rules, arbiter decisions, conduct, or administrative matters.
语言Language
表格必须以英文填写，以其他语言提交恕不受理。如需协助，请先联系本会秘书处。
The form must be completed in English. Submissions in any other language will not be accepted. Contact the Secretariat if you require assistance.
申诉金Appeal Fee
SGD $100，提交前通过 PayNow 缴付（UEN: T08SS0132E)。
SGD $100 via PayNow (UEN: T08SS0132E) before submission.
期限Time limit
争议对局或赛事结束后 24 小时内（除非赛事规程另有规定），逾期恕不受理。
Within 24 hours of the conclusion of the game or session in dispute, unless the Competition Rules stipulate otherwise.
提交方式Submission
填妥的表格连同 PayNow 付款截图，通过 WhatsApp 发送至 +65 9783 9832。核实付款后方予受理。
WhatsApp the completed form and your PayNow payment screenshot to +65 9783 9832. Processed only after payment is verified.
最终决定Finality
申诉委员会的决定为最终决定，具有约束力。争议双方均将获得合理陈述的机会。
The Appeal Committee’s decision is final and binding. Both parties will be accorded a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
