在2026年马年余韵中，由晚晴园——孙中山南洋纪念馆主办的晚晴春节庆典2026画上完美句号。2月28日及3月1日两天，于Lot One购物中心5楼天台花园举行的象棋互动站，吸引众多棋迷及家庭踊跃参与，现场气氛热烈，欢声笑语不断！
这项首次由“晚晴园”与新加坡象棋总会联手打造的春节象棋文化活动，以“春满人间聚晚晴”为主题，完美融合传统棋艺与马年奔腾精神。活动获得现场观众热烈响应，大家积极投入各项精彩环节：
本次活动由林超贤医生统筹，林关浩、欧木顺、黎德义、何德华、姚智翰等团队成员全力推动，得到新加坡象棋总会的大力支持与专业指导。许多家庭带着孩子前来，不仅体验脑力激荡，更在马年神话（周穆王八骏：绝地、奔霄、逾辉、超光等）的灵感下，感受“迅捷新生”与文化传承的喜悦。

The Wan Qing Festival of Spring 2026 came to a triumphant close, leaving behind waves of excitement and chess enthusiasm at Lot One Shoppers’ Mall. Held on 28 February and 1 March at the Level 5 Roof Garden, the Drop-in Xiangqi Puzzle Adventure Station drew crowds of enthusiasts and families, turning the venue into a lively hub of strategy, laughter, and festive spirit!
This landmark collaboration between Wan Qing Yuan – Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall and the Singapore Xiangqi General Association (SIXGA) brought Chinese chess culture vibrantly to life during Lunar New Year. The response was overwhelming, with participants eagerly diving into:
Coordinated by Dr Lim Chiew Har and driven by dedicated team members including Lim Kwan Ho, Ou Mu Shun, Lai Tek Gi, Ho Teck Wah, and Yew Zhi Han, the event received strong backing from SIXGA. Families embraced the Year of the Horse theme, inspired by the legendary eight steeds of King Mu, symbolizing extraordinary spirit and swift new beginnings.

今天第28届”茶阳杯”全国学生个人赛首次在丹戎巴葛民众俱乐部举行，该区议员符策翔，茶阳会馆体育股主任曹长林、本会名誉会长梁佩玲和吴得顺、副会长林超贤为各组优胜者颁奖。
林关浩会长致辞时提到象棋对人的脑部起着启发作用，能够提高人的素质及找到解决问题的最佳方法。符议员在讲话中表示，如果象棋总会需要该民众俱乐部提供场地比赛时，他将全力支持。
副秘书长龚敬文充当大会司仪，在他的带领下，闭幕式圆满结束，并安排贵宾与全体优胜者合照，留下具有历史性的纪念。

由新加坡象棋总会主办、名誉会长梁佩玲女士慷慨赞助的 2026 年“佩玲杯”象棋赛，在经历了连续两天、共九轮的巅峰对决后，于昨日圆满落下帷幕。本届赛事不仅汇聚了狮城顶尖高手，更因海外名将的加盟而显得星光熠熠。
本次比赛共有 50 名精英棋手参与角逐。赛场如战场，经过九轮积分编排制的激烈较量，出现了三位棋手同积 15 分的罕见局面。最终，在计算“对手分”（累积得分）后：
本届赛事的焦点之一，莫过于受邀参赛的武汉棋王刘宗泽。他的到来不仅提升了比赛的竞技水平，更在本地棋界掀起了一股热潮.
林关浩会长在闭幕致辞中特别感谢刘宗泽棋王的远道而来。林会长指出，刘棋王此次狮城之行不仅亲自参与九轮高强度对抗，更在赛余时间开展了车轮战应众及象棋专题座谈，与本地会员深入交流。这种高水平的互动极大地激发了本地棋手的热情，对提升狮城棋风起到了积极的推动作用。

后欧木顺副会长（裁判长）宣布比赛成绩。由本会永久名誉会长李锡森和赞助人（名誉会长）梁佩玲颁发奖金予各优胜者。
第二轮比赛的绝对焦点，无疑是第八台的强强对话：一方是刚在布莱德岭快棋赛中以近乎完美战绩夺冠的本地名手黄毅鸿，另一方是享有“快刀手”美誉的中国特邀传奇名手刘宗泽。
棋局伊始，双方布局严谨。执红棋的黄毅鸿祭出灵活多变的“过宫炮”，执黑棋的刘宗则以极具反击力的“横车”针锋相对。
这是一场配得上万众瞩目的战术博弈。然而，随着棋局从中局过渡到残局，“时间”成为了黄毅鸿最棘手的敌人。为了应对刘大师复杂的攻势，黄毅鸿耗费了大量时间，导致后半盘始终处于严重的时间压力之下。
在令人窒息的最后关头，黄毅鸿的钟面仅剩不到10秒。在巨大的读秒压力下，他不幸在关键位置出现失误。经验老道的“快刀手”敏锐地抓住了这一瞬间的机会，锁定胜局。尽管遗憾落败，但黄毅鸿在面对如此顶尖高手时，在极限压力下展现出的顽强棋风依然值得称道。

The 2026 “Pei Ling Cup” Lion City Xiangqi Individual Open roared to life on Friday night (January 16). With the first two rounds concluded, the atmosphere at the Singapore Xiangqi General Association is electric as players prepare for a grueling seven-round marathon on Saturday.
The undisputed highlight of Round 2 was the highly anticipated clash between local favourite Ng Yee Hong, fresh off his dominant, near-perfect victory at the recent Braddell Heights Blitz Tournament, and the legendary special guest from China, Liu Zongze, known as the "Fast Blade."
The match began with deep strategic posturing. Ng Yee Hong (Red) employed the flexible Cross-Palace Cannon (过宫炮), while (Black) countered aggressively with the Horizontal Chariot (横车).
It was a tense tactical battle worthy of the occasion. However, as the mid-game transitioned into the endgame, the clock became Ng's toughest opponent. Having consumed much of his time navigating Liu's complex attacks, Ng was under severe time pressure.
In a heart-stopping finale, with less than 10 seconds remaining on his clock, Ng unfortunately blundered in a critical position. The experienced "Fast Blade" immediately seized the opportunity, converting the advantage into a victory. Despite the loss, Ng’s resilient performance under immense pressure against a master of Liu’s caliber was commendable.
Today, Saturday, January 17, sees the culmination of the tournament with Rounds 3 through 9 taking place throughout the day at the Bishan clubhouse.

The Second Braddell Heights Xiangqi Blitz Tournament 2025 successfully concluded on 20 December 2025, attracting players of all ages to the Multi-purpose Hall at Block 266 Serangoon Central Drive. With 9 rounds of fast-paced 15-minute blitz games, generous prizes, buffet lunch, and a warm family atmosphere, the event once again showcased the vibrant Xiangqi community in Singapore.
The day begins with a simple yet heartfelt opening ceremony, followed by an arbiters’ briefing, setting the stage for the nine rounds of thrilling competition. One of the highlights is the tournament’s emphasis on bridging generations—captured in moments like a participant skillfully maneuvering pieces while carrying a baby, symbolizing how Xiangqi connects the very young with the elderly in a shared activity that transcends age. Participants enjoyed a sumptuous buffet lunch (with vegetarian Bento options), fostering camaraderie among players young and old.
The blitz format kept the energy high throughout the day, with players battling for top honours and category awards. To immerse enthusiasts who can’t attend in person, the tournament features live streaming of one selected board, allowing viewers to follow key matches. In a dominant performance, Ng Yee Hong (黄毅鸿) emerged as the undisputed champion, scoring an outstanding 8.5 points out of 9 — including a draw in one game and victories in the rest. His near-perfect run secured him the top prize of a $250 gift voucher and the champion’s trophy.Lim Chau Sian (林超贤) claimed second place with 7 points, while the tightly contested battle for third saw Tay Cheng See (郑晨曦) edge out three others on tiebreak to take third place with 6.5 points.

林耀森大师不败战绩夺冠2025年12月14日晚，随着第九轮最后一局落子，第十二届《图隆杯》全国象棋个人公开赛在新加坡象棋总会碧山总部顺利收官。本届赛事自12月8日开赛以来，历经9轮激烈角逐，吸引了39位棋手参赛，阵容强大，包括多名甲级高手及海外棋友，堪称新加坡年度象棋盛事之一。79岁棋坛元老、五冠王林耀森大师宝刀不老，以5胜4和（积分14分）的出色不败战绩，凭借对手分优势力压群雄，勇夺本届总冠军！陈中和虽同积14分，但因对手分稍逊，屈居亚军。朱永吉大师以13分摘得季军，刘伟烈紧随其后获得第四名。本届比赛亮点纷呈：参赛棋手年龄跨度巨大，最年长者林耀森大师79岁，最幼者仅10岁的宋林峯小朋友，真正体现了“棋聚老幼，弈动四海”的象棋魅力。特别组别方面，林耀森大师同时荣膺“乐龄组”第一名；章仁宏选手在总排名第七的同时，斩获“无级组”第一名。此外，根据赛事成绩，本年度棋手晋升名单新鲜出炉：
