参赛资格与名额Eligibility and Quotas

• 世象联各会员单位及其下属协会均可组队参加；非会员单位可经所在洲际协会推荐参赛，并可联合组队。All WXF member units and their affiliated associations may enter teams. Non-member units may enter on their continental association recommendation, and may form combined teams.
• 棋手代表资格：拥有会员（会友）单位所属国家（地区）国籍（户籍）或永久居留权；或持有效工作签证、学生签证满三年（含）以上。Player representation: nationality, household registration or permanent residency of a member unit country or region, or a valid work or student visa held for three years or more.
• 男子团体 3 人、女子团体 2 人；各队最多可有 1 名外援棋手（即不符合上述代表资格条件者）。Men teams have 3 players, women teams 2. Each team may include at most 1 player from another WXF member unit, that is, one who does not meet the conditions above.
• U18 个人：2008 年 1 月 1 日以后出生，且须符合棋手代表资格条件。U18 Individual: athletes born on or after 1 January 2008 who meet the player representation conditions.
• 每个会员单位最多可报 3 支男子团体、3 支女子团体及 U18 组 10 名运动员（男女不限）；U18 组总名额 100 人，非华越裔棋手不占名额，报名不足 100 人时承办单位可增报。Each member unit may enter up to 3 men teams, 3 women teams and 10 U18 athletes of either gender. U18 entries are capped at 100 in total; players not of Chinese or Vietnamese ethnicity are not counted against the quota, and the organiser may add entries if fewer than 100 register.

录取和奖励Placings and Awards

各组别录取前 8 名；不足 8 队／人时按 N-1 录取。团体赛冠、亚、季军另获奖杯及证书，第 4 至 8 名获证书。奖金为税前金额。The top 8 are placed in each event; if fewer than 8 teams or athletes enter, placings follow an N-1 basis. The top three teams also receive a trophy and certificate, 4th to 8th a certificate. Prizes are before tax.
