ELIGIBILITY · 参赛资格
参赛资格与名额Eligibility and Quotas
- 世象联各会员单位统一组队报名参赛，不接受个人报名。Each WXF member unit registers as a single team; individual entries are not accepted.
- 各会员单位最多可报 10 名运动员，年龄、性别不限；非华越裔棋手不占名额。Each member unit may register up to 10 athletes with no restriction on age or gender; players not of Chinese or Vietnamese ethnicity are not counted against this quota.
- 棋手代表资格：拥有会员（会友）单位所属国家（地区）国籍（户籍）或永久居留权；或持有效工作签证、学生签证满三年（含）以上。Player representation: a player shall hold the nationality (household registration) or permanent residency of the country or region of a member or affiliate unit, or hold a valid work or student visa with a stay of three years or more.
- 各参赛队可报领队 1 人、教练 1 人，领队或教练可兼任运动员。Each team may register 1 team leader and 1 coach; the team leader or coach may also play as an athlete.

录取和奖励Placings and Prizes
比赛录取前 16 名，另单独录取女子前 8 名及 U18 前 8 名（可兼得）。如参赛人数不足录取名次，按 N-1 录取（N 为参赛人数）。奖金总额 16,200 美元，为税前金额。所有参赛运动员均可获得参赛纪念证书。The top 16 are placed overall, with separate top-8 placings for women and for U18 (which may be awarded concurrently with the overall placings). If entries are insufficient to fill the placings, awards are made on an N-1 basis (N being the number of entries). The total prize fund is US$16,200 before tax. All participating athletes receive a certificate of participation.

ENTRY · 报名与费用
报名办法与费用Registration and Fees
- 由世象联会员单位统一组队报名，不接受个人报名。截止日期 2026 年 9 月 30 日。Entries are submitted by WXF member units; individual entries are not accepted. Deadline 30 September 2026.
- 报名费每人 50 美元，18 岁以下运动员免费。收费方式另行通知。Entry fee US$50 per person; athletes under 18 are exempt. Payment method to be announced.
