HOW TO ENTER · 报名流程
报名流程Four Steps to Enter
1. 通过会员单位报名Enter through a member unit
三项赛事均由世象联会员单位统一组队报名，不接受个人报名。非会员单位可通过所在洲际协会推荐参赛。All three events are entered through WXF member units, which register their teams together. Individual entries are not accepted. Non-member units may enter on the recommendation of their continental association.
2. 填写并盖章Complete and stamp the form
下载相应赛事的竞赛规程 Word 档，填妥当中的报名表并加盖协会公章。表格须列明协会名称、领队、教练及运动员的中文姓名、拉丁文姓名、性别，并注明是否为非华越裔棋手。Download the Word regulation for the relevant event, complete the entry form inside it and affix the association official stamp. The form records the association name, team leader, coaches and athletes with Chinese name, Latin name, gender, and whether the player is not of Chinese or Vietnamese ethnicity.
3. 准备附件Prepare the attachments
备妥所有运动员的护照扫描件及电子照片，与报名表一并提交。Prepare scanned copies of all athletes passports and electronic photographs, to be submitted together with the entry form.
4. 于 9 月 30 日前电邮Email by 30 September
将上述文件分别电邮至世象联秘书处与组委会两方：wxiangqifs@126.com；wxo2026@xiangqi.sg 及 admin@xiangqi.sg。Email the documents to both the WXF Secretariat (wxiangqifs@126.com) and the Organising Committee (wxo2026@xiangqi.sg and admin@xiangqi.sg).
